Happy Easter

Easter this year was amazing! We dyed eggs and Isabelle did most of the work, there was an Easter basket hunt using pictures of objects around the house that was a smashing success, and a fun Easter egg hunt with the family (non of the Easter eggs we dyed survived my girls and the hunt but it was totally worth 18 hard boiled eggs of fun)

Grandma baked the bunny cake and Chloe loved it!

The girls are waiting to go on the egg hunt

Hi Aunt Karen!

Grandpa I am sorry your head is cut off in alot of pictures. I swear we love you!!!
How far will Chloe go to get the Easter eggs?!?!

Whatever it takes :)
Aunt Ashley having some fun with the kids!

This is what Isabelle looked like the whole time we were outside hunting eggs!

Uncle Eric re-living youth and helping out the kids with the out of reach eggs! Thanks Uncle Eric!

The Chinese Opera

Isabelle was invited to learn about the Chinese Culture by "China Care" an on campus organization. She had a blast and was even singing Chinese Opera Style on the way home.

Carousel Day

Today was Carousel Day with the Church "River of Life" and the girls just loved it. They rode around until the grown-ups needed a break!

All Isabelle could talk about today was Giraffe's and Horses and as you can see that is what she stuck with!

John and I were the ring collectors and Isabelle was able to secure a Golden Ring which gives her a free ride this summer!

Learning about Cement!

The morning started off normal with a nice walk around the pond, some rock throwing, bubbles, and side walk chalk.

When we go home we saw several cement mixers working on a driveway down the street. So we went to watch them and talk about what was going on.

The workers loved this and asked if the kids wanted to see first hand! Of course they do!!!

St. Louis Zoo

Chloe posing with an Ass... Isabelle heard John and I joking and said "I really want to pet the Ass"
That's right we are awesome parent's!

The Penguins were amazing but is was so cold in there.

This butterfly is called the Isabella's Longwing. The butterfly keeper said that when they find someone who's name is the same as a butterfly they try to find one and let them hold it. Fun!

Chloe held out her hand too and let the butterfly crawl all over her :)

The girls did not want to pose with the animals at all today.

She fell asleep in the (I win) pose. Yeah Belle!

St. Louis Trip

The kids entertain themselves with Puzzles and Lego's!

Happy Birthday
Uncle David and Grandpa Young!
Great Grandma Young is up front.

The Trampoline was a big hit!

For children and adults alike!
